Program

We are excited to present the program with a focus on creating a profound and transformative experience for our participants.

Our program consists of a combination of meditation, group discussions, fire and cocoa ceremonies and more. We will also take advantage of the beautiful environment we are in, with access to a sweat lodge, ice bath and breathwork to increase physical and mental well-being.

Our professional facilitators and coaches will guide you through your journey and will be there to support you on your path to personal growth and development.

Program components

Group conversations:

Group conversations are conversations between a group of people where everyone has a chance to talk and listen. They can be used for different purposes, such as to solve problems, to exchange ideas, to support people or to let people learn from each other.

 

Benefits: Personal insights, giving/receiving support, social skills in group dynamics, aligning common goals.   

Cocoa ceremony & chanting mantras

Cocoa ceremonies are ceremonial rituals in which ceremonial cocoa, a substance found in cocoa beans, is used as a means of raising consciousness. The ceremonies may differ in form and content, depending on the tradition and purpose of the ceremony. Cocoa is considered a real heart opener. 

Benefits: Raising awareness, processing emotions & clearing emotional blocks, peacefully connecting with yourself and others, new insights & personal growth. 

Ice bath and breathwork

An ice bath is a bath full of ice or cold water where people fill themselves with cold water for a short period of time. This is used at Woodst to push your limits and overcome emotional challenges. Our thoughts often shout that something is too cold or that you can't do it. But through the right preparation (breathwork) and focus, we show you that you can do more than you think. 

Advantages:

- Physical benefits such as improved blood flow, it can help reduce (muscle) pain and increase metabolism. 

- Mental benefits: By taking the ice bath, people can learn to deal with stress and challenges. It can also help you gain mental clarity and better focus.

- Emotional benefits: By taking the ice bath, people can learn to dissolve emotional blocks and to better deal with emotions. It can also help boost self-confidence.

Sweat lodge ceremony

A sweat lodge is an ancient ritual that is used to gain insights, connect with mother earth and our (ancestors) elders. High temperatures and humidity are used for this. It can be used for a variety of purposes, such as cleansing the body, reducing stress and increasing general well-being.

  1. Body cleansing: By sweating in the sweat lodge, toxins can be eliminated from the body. This can help to strengthen the immune system and improve the skin.

  2. Stress reduction: By sweating in the sweat lodge, the stress hormone cortisol can be reduced. This can help reduce stress and increase overall well-being.

  3. Increased well-being: Sweating in the sweat lodge allows blood to circulate better throughout the body, which can lead to increased energy levels and a sense of well-being. It can also help reduce muscle soreness and increase metabolism.

Cocoa Bliss Ceremony:

This is a kind of ceremony in which Cocoa, Magic Truffles and caapi are used as a means to turn inward and raise your consciousness.

 

Benefits: Cacao Bliss can be used to process trauma and emotions, to gain insights, to increase creativity, and to better deal with stress and anxious feelings. It is a connector: with yourself, others and the universe. By participating in a Cacao Biss ceremony you can feel better from the inside out, and work on your personal growth and development. This can help you gain new insights and overcome personal obstacles.

Meditation & Yoga:

Yoga is an ancient Indian philosophy and practice aimed at creating balance between the body and mind. It includes a series of postures and breathing exercises that work together to raise awareness and reduce stress.

 

Meditation is a technique used to focus consciousness and to reduce stress. It can be done by sitting in a comfortable position and focusing on your breathing, for example, imaginative object or body part.
